Support for Helios and APEX Agent from the same team
This is not a third-party add-on. APEX Agent is developed by Asseco Solutions, the provider of the Digital Postman, so it fits into Helios with no rework and no finger-pointing between vendors.
Right in the Helios menu
Use the eFaktúra → Export to Peppol action. No saving files, no retyping into another portal.
Status flows back to Helios
Delivered or failed? You know right away, without checking e-mails or external portals.
Received invoices go to Helios
The Agent receives supplier invoices from the Peppol network and hands them over to Helios. A dedicated Received Invoices window, with data checks before import into Supplier Invoices, is on the way.
One support team for Helios and e-invoicing
A local team in Bratislava that knows both Helios and the legislation. No offshore call centres.

Every document under control
One overview of everything that travels between Helios and the Peppol network, in both directions.
Summary at a glance
How many documents were sent, are pending or failed.
Status of every invoice
From ACCEPTED to DELIVERED, including the number of delivery attempts.
Preview and XML in one click
View the invoice as a document and as a UBL file.
Exact reason when something goes wrong
If a received invoice doesn’t match the code lists in Helios, you see why, for example a missing supplier or currency.
More than compliance. An integration component that grows with you.
Archiving plugin
APEX Agent has its own archiving plugin. Sent and received e-invoices, including XML and delivery status, stay stored and searchable for years.
Helios stays as it is
It doesn’t need to know Peppol, UBL or encryption. The Agent handles all of that.
Secure inside your network
The Agent runs on your premises and communicates outward only over HTTPS 443. No open ports, and company credentials are stored encrypted.
Fewer rejected invoices
Every invoice is validated against EN 16931 before delivery. You catch a missing mandatory field before your customer rejects the invoice.
Nothing gets lost
If there is an outage, the Agent retries sending on its own and returns the result to Helios.
Reporting without the effort
The TDD report for the Slovak Financial Administration is sent automatically, with no manual steps.
The whole group in one Agent
Multiple companies, each with its own Peppol identity, access and mapping. Ideal for holdings and corporate groups.
Ready for other systems too
Besides Helios, it connects SAP, Epicor, KROS or your own solution via folder, SFTP, REST API or database. It translates IDoc, ISDOC or EDIFACT to UBL and back.
What you get ?
What Helios customers usually ask
Is APEX Agent really part of Helios?
Both APEX Agent and Helios are developed by Asseco Solutions. You send an e-invoice directly from Helios with the eFaktúra action, and the delivery status and received invoices flow back into Helios. Technically, the Agent is a separate service on your server, so you can also use it for other systems.
How much will APEX Agent cost?
If you have the Helios invoicing module, you pay no APEX Agent fee for the first year. For subsequent periods and Digital Postman services, the current price list applies, and we’ll be happy to tailor an offer for you.
Do I need to change Helios or the way I work?
No. You issue invoices as you do today. There is one extra step: exporting the e-invoice to Peppol. Make sure the mandatory data is filled in Helios, such as VAT IDs and your partners’ Peppol addresses.
How do received invoices get into Helios?
APEX Agent receives them from the Peppol network and hands them over to Helios. Today, import runs through General Imports; a dedicated Received Invoices window with data checks and corrections before import into Supplier Invoices is in preparation.
How does archiving work?
The Agent itself keeps processed records for 30 days. For long-term storage of e-invoices, their XML and delivery statuses, there is the APEX Agent archiving plugin, which we set up for you at launch.
We manage several companies. Do we need several Agents?
No. One APEX Agent serves multiple companies (tenants), each with its own Peppol identity, users and mapping profile.
