The migration of economic data is carried out as of a completed and processed month. Therefore, prior to migration, the preceding month in WÉČKO must be properly closed and completely processed.
Payroll
The payroll agenda is also migrated as of a processed and closed payroll month. By the migration date, the previous payroll month must be completely processed.
QASIDA START
A prerequisite for migration is an installed QASIDA START system with tested connectivity and functionality.

Do I have to travel anywhere to migrate to the new system?
No. The migration takes place online via MS Teams.
What gets transferred from the old system to the new one?
For economic data, defined opening balances and summary data as of the closing date are transferred. Individual documents and transactions for the entire historical period are not transferred.
Do I have to migrate at the end of the month?
No. The date does not have to fall on the last day of the month. The important thing is that the last processed month is closed at the time of migration.
What if I need a system with e-invoicing?
Choose the Individual migration + e-invoice setup variant. This way, both the data transfer and e-invoicing setup are solved within a single package.
What happens after the migration? Will I have consultant support?
Yes. The "First Month with Us" program includes enhanced support, including consultant assistance to a specified extent.
