E-Invoicing in Helios Inuvio: Issuing and Receiving Invoices with APEX Agent
Electronic invoicing in the Asseco Helios Inuvio system is handled through the APEX Agent solution. During this practical online training session, we will show you how to work with APEX Agent. You will learn how to issue, send and receive XML e-invoices via the Peppol network.
You will gain an overview of the entire process, the required settings and practical procedures that will help you prepare for the transition to mandatory e-invoicing from 2027.

We will introduce you to APEX Agent, explain how it integrates with Helios Inuvio and cover the settings required for electronic invoicing. We will also explain the basic principles of communication via the Peppol network.

A practical demonstration of creating an electronic invoice and checking mandatory data before sending it.
4. Sending e-invoices via APEX Agent
Sending an invoice, tracking its status and resolving any error messages that may occur.
5. Receiving electronic invoices
Receiving an invoice from a supplier and importing the electronic document into Helios Inuvio.
6. Checking and processing received documents
Verifying the data on received invoices and subsequently processing them in the system.
