Clear management of received and sent mail, including its attachments, with the possibility of direct connection to invoicing.
The module enables registration of received mail divided into general mail coming to the company and registration of supplier invoices. Directly from the Mail module, it is possible to enter the invoice header into the Invoice Book and also transfer the attached electronic file (scan) of the invoice. From the customer invoicing, it pre-fills the records of outgoing mail with the support of sending mail as postage credit. It provides printing of various forms based on the price list of the post office (accepted by Slovak Post as payment and payment slips).
