Get oriented in the stock closure process in SPIN and QASIDA systems. This online training will guide you through all the technical steps and show you how to properly prepare, execute, and check stock closures.

Creating stock periods – duration of validity, drawbacks of too long stock periods.

Extended stock period – working simultaneously in two months.

Setting the period before performing the monthly stock closure.

Conditions for performing stock closure – written-off delivery notes, posted stock documents, bulk posting of stock documents.

Starting stock closure – per individual warehouses, bulk closure, warehouse locking.

Stock closure review – summary for all warehouses, individual stock cards and sub-cards.

Recalculation of stock cards and stock closure.

Manual unlocking of the warehouse.
