Electronic invoicing brings new requirements not only when issuing invoices, but also when receiving and processing them. If you use QASIDA ERP, our practical training will show you how the entire process works directly in the system.
We will guide you through the entire e-invoice workflow – from the necessary settings to the creation and sending of issued e-invoices, up to their reception and correctness check.
The main role will be played by the QASIDA E-Invoice Guide and practical validation, which allow you to verify the accuracy of your data before sending the e-invoice.

Before starting electronic invoicing, it is important to have the proper settings, code lists, and data prepared that affect e-invoice generation.
During the training, we will therefore go through the entire process in QASIDA ERP – from system preparation and configuration of necessary data to practical e-invoice submission and reception.

Step by step, we will review the QASIDA E-Invoice Guide and its use in preparing e-invoices.

We will demonstrate e-invoice validation and how to detect missing or incorrect data prior to sending.
✔ How to send and receive e-invoices
We will practically demonstrate sending an e-invoice via the APEX Digital Postman and receiving it into QASIDA ERP.

1. Preparing QASIDA ERP for e-invoicing
- what needs to be prepared before launching e-invoicing,
- setting up units of measure,
- setting up VAT rates,
- setting up document types, countries, and payment methods.
2. Integration with APEX Digital Postman
We will show how to configure the connection between QASIDA ERP and the APEX Digital Postman and its role in sending and receiving e-invoices.
3. QASIDA E-Invoice Guide
Step by step, we will walk through the E-Invoice Guide, which guides the user through e-invoice preparation and helps verify necessary data.
4. Issued e-invoice and validation
- creating an issued e-invoice,
- e-invoice validation prior to sending,
- checking data accuracy and completeness,
- fixing errors before sending.
5. Sending and receiving e-invoices
- sending an e-invoice via the APEX Digital Postman,
- receiving an e-invoice into QASIDA ERP,
- monitoring proper communication flow.
6. Legislative background
The training will also include a simple and clear explanation of electronic invoicing legislation with expert Erika Fülöpová.
