for mandatory e-invoicing from January 1, 2027.
Mandatory e-invoicing changes the rules of the game
Mandatory electronic invoicing will change the way companies issue, receive, and deliver invoices. It will no longer be just about sending a PDF document by e-mail, but about working with a structured electronic invoice that must contain the correct data and pass through a designated delivery method.
The E-invoice Readiness Analysis service helps you find out how well your company is prepared for this change today. We look at where invoices are created within your company, what types of documents you issue, whether they contain the required data, and which systems or processes will need to be adjusted. Based on the analysis, you receive a clear overview of the current state, identified risks, and recommended steps to help you prepare for the legislative change in time.
What does the service include?
As part of the analysis, we examine in particular:
What do you get in the output?
The output of the service is a clear document that contains:
Key findings, priorities, and the most important risks in one place.
An overview of where invoices are created in the company – for example ERP, e-shop, POS, Excel, or other sources.
Identifying which invoices and documents fall under the new obligation.
Identification of missing or risky data that could cause an invoice to be rejected.
A recommendation on how invoices should travel via the digital postman to the customer.
Specific steps, priorities, and recommendations for the next course of action.
The output may also include a readiness check of selected customers, a proposal for a suitable solution, and a technical appendix for the IT department or the suppliers of your systems.
How does the analysis work?
The analysis takes place in four steps:
We obtain basic information about how you issue and receive invoices today.
We look at the systems used, document types, and the availability of the required data.
We identify the areas that may cause problems during the transition to e-invoicing.
You receive a clear document with recommendations and a proposal for the next steps.
Who is the service for?
Key benefits
You will know what you already have in place and where problems may arise.
We identify missing data, unclear processes, or systems that will need to be adjusted.
The output won't be generic – you get recommended steps and priorities for the next course of action.
The document is prepared to be understandable for both decision-making and technical implementation.
You gain time to address changes gradually, rather than just before the legislation takes effect.
Service price
€159 one-time
The price includes the preparation of the e-invoice readiness analysis and the delivery of the output with recommendations for the next steps.
For the most accurate results, we recommend that the meeting be attended by employees who are familiar with your company's current invoicing processes. This may be an employee from the finance department, an accountant, an invoicing clerk, or another person who knows how invoices are issued and received, the systems used, and the specifics of your invoicing.
This allows us to identify risks more quickly and prepare more accurate recommendations for the transition to mandatory e-invoicing.
